Your First Session

Great! You've signed up for your first mobile appointment... now what?

( If you haven't, START HERE )

Plan for your therapist or Instructor to arrive

10-15 minutes before the start of your session in order to set up. Have a space cleared.


Allow yourself time to get settled, take a breath and fill out our intake form.

We will offer the following:

  • Mask

  • clean table and supply protocol

  • fitness accessories

  • a smile!

What to Bring?

An open mind.


Socks with grip if you prefer not to go barefoot


Sheets or Mat if you prefer to use your own.

Birdsong has a 24 hour cancellation policy

Please give us 24 hour notice if you cannot make an appointment or you will be charged for the session.

I have been doing Pilates for about 20 years and I am so happy I discovered Birdsong and Kim 2 years ago.  Kim is gifted as a Pilates trainer and in bodywork.  Her approach brings healing, strengthening and overall wellness.  I could never do some of the things I can do today without her... meaning I have better quality of life.  And I always feel better after a class or private session, regardless of how I felt walking in the door.
