GROWING A BABY IS HARD WORK.
As more and more studies show the benefits of prenatal massage, more and more expectant mothers are turning to massage therapy during their pregnancy to reduce stress, soothe sore muscles, improve circulation and relax their bodies in preparation for the birth of their child.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A REGULAR MASSAGE AND A PRENATAL MASSAGE?
One of the biggest differences is the positioning of your body. Many of our clients who are less than twenty-five weeks take advantage of our special pregnancy bolster which allows them to lay comfortably face down. Other clients (and those more than twenty-five weeks) require a side-lying position. Either way, our therapists are specially trained in prenatal massage to make sure you are both comfortable and safe.
