Six years ago Jessica was diagnosed with a spinal herniation and protrusion. Unwilling to accept the limited options for symptom relief doctors provided, Jessica searched for better ways to manage stress and treat the root cause of pain. Pilates and yoga helped for years when one day Jessica found herself unable to lift her right arm above shoulder height. Too many hours clicking a mouse, holding a cell phone, and gripping a steering wheel had her well on her way to frozen shoulder when Jessica found corrective exercise modalities that restored her mobility while building strength. Jessica can't wait to guide you back into alignment too!
My knees were in severe pain until I found Kim, who uncovered and helped me to work through chronically tight fascia. I am really appreciative of her commitment to remedying the situation from finding the cause to applying her incredible massage techniques to providing tons of useful take-home information that has benefited my entire body. On the court, or driving in the car, I move differently and feel so much better.
